“Thanks to YEP, I learned the importance of delegating and planning!”

Netsanet works at Florensis, a Dutch flower nursery near Bishoftu and leads a group of a hundred people. He joined YEP to develop his management skills. “As a manager I have now learned to trust my employees’ capabilities and delegate more tasks and responsibilities. I also have become better at anticipating potential problems and responding to them in a timely manner.”

Netsanet greatly appreciates the practical approach of YEP through the life and business experience provided by the teachers. He found that some topics of the YEP trainings were more difficult, such as the ICT and Finance modules. This was mainly because Netsanet did not have much background in this and he was thankful to be able to expand his knowledge in these fields of business.
