Business cases, life lessons and best practices in management make our program very practical. Studying theory is good; learning from examples is better. These insights and the ability to apply them will make you a better manager.

YEP training will present many different business simulations. These will be business cases that are either fictitious or real and will present leadership challengers and problem-solving situations. These cases will be solved in small project teams where each participant is assigned a different role within the business organization such as the CEO, operations or finance manager, a manager of production or IT, a marketing or HR manager. Filling in these different roles is very helpful and effective in understanding how business and management works. Your management approach, leadership style, chosen strategy, proposed solution and achieved results will be evaluated. The feedback from the trainers and fellow participants will allow you to adjust, improve and develop your management skills.
