Registration
Your registration starts with contacting us. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have. Once your registration form is filled out, YEP staff will come to your company to interview.
At this interview we want to get to know you better and it is for you to prove that you are motivated to commit to this two-year program. Beyond that, it is important that you’re to be able to communicate in English and that you show your desire to work on personal growth.
Payment
The total cost is EUR 3.000,-. This training fee will be invoiced in two equal terms (2x EUR 1.500,-), prior to the start of each program year.
Schedule
YEP is a two-year part-time program and includes 8 training weeks. New participants can join yearly in September.
Location
The YEP program is run at our training center in Bishoftu. The program includes lunch and refreshments during training days. If overnight accommodations are needed, these can be arranged for an additional fee.
