YEP is a life changing program in the world of business. Graduates will refer to themselves as how they were ‘before YEP’ and ‘after YEP’. This program makes a difference as you develop yourself in terms of personal accomplishments and business knowledge.

What will you learn?

The main things that you will learn in each aspect of business will relate to how you deal with others. You can effectively participate in and be able to lead management team meetings. Also, you will know how your position within your organization will relate with other co-workers. Finally, you will make an impact in your organization, you will be productive and successful! As we look at each aspect of business that will be covered in YEP, we will summarize the skills learned as:
